JAMES STEINTHAL
Executive Vice President – General Counsel

In addition to his role as the firm’s General Counsel, Mr. Steinthal is also a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.  Prior to joining Chilton in 2000, Mr. Steinthal was associated with the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell for eight years. From 1991 to 1992, Mr. Steinthal clerked for the Honorable Constance Baker Motley of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Steinthal graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University and a J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law.
