Executives
Our firm is governed by a Board of Directors and an Executive Committee. The Board membership is comprised of senior executives from key departments, portfolio managers, and outside counsel. The Executive Committee is made up of senior executives and meets weekly to discuss the firm’s strategy, and reports to the Board monthly. The Executive Committee has combined experience at Chilton of 50 years, and provides a forum for decision-making and strategic thinking for our firm.
